Test occupied-home logistics
Request a written approach for access, delivery, protection, temporary conditions, demolition, dust and water management, and finish restoration. These are project-specific scopes that may sit with different parties.
Map the routes for equipment, utilities, and future replacement before finalizing openings or millwork. A unit that fits a final footprint may not have a viable installation or service path.
Price uncertainty honestly
Separate verified work from allowances, exclusions, and conditions to be confirmed. Require the proposal to state what changes when concealed conditions or capacity constraints differ from assumptions.
