Ask: What work do you design, supply, install, connect, test, commission, and service? What geography and project context can you support for this inquiry? Which work is delivered by others?

Questions about interfaces
Ask: Who owns structure, assemblies, water, drainage, ventilation, electrical work, controls, finishes, delivery, and future service access? Who is the room-level coordination lead?
Request a written answer that identifies each handoff and any conditions needing review by qualified project professionals.
Questions about closeout
Ask: What start-up, documentation, training, warranty handoff, maintenance planning, and correction of incomplete interfaces are included? Who remains responsible when a scope boundary fails?
